This is one of the best Toys R Us in town and it's due to the staff here. Often, when asked, they are willing to take the extra step to help you locate a toy or find out if it's coming on the truck. I didn't even know they have the ability until they offered to check for me. One outstanding team member is Nick. He is always patient and helpful. He is always positive and goes out of the way to help me. Nick never simply responds with no. He always offer solutions and options. I feel like he genuinely enjoys helping people. When I see him in the store, I usually make a beeline to him to ask for help as he always tries. This toys r us is lucky to have him. In terms of hot items, I have found many such toys here so it's one of my main check-in locations.

I called to check for availability for a product. They said come we have it and i was there in 10mins Max. Upon arrival i asked one team member and he said they have it and gave me the ticket for the product. The counter guy called for availability and charged me for the product. Then came there shipping whom i talked over the phone and said we don’t have it. Their Manager Sherry was standing around and asking their employees. They gave me my money back but the manager even didn’t felt responsible to approach us for the clarification. I notified her about the unprofessionalism her team and she showed.
Absolutely the worst Toys R Us in the city. Super inconsistent with their rules surrounding just about anything. I've come in several times to give my business, and I've had little to no issues. But it seems the staff are not trained properly or up to date. This store is a different story depending on who the manager is or the staff on that day. I understand if they are rules and limits to product, but it needs to be consistent. I'm spending around 200-500 every time I shop here, but to be denied and confronted today with no explanation and to make up rules is simply disgusting and terrible customer service. Save yourself the trip and do not shop here. CrossIron Mills or Chinook are the places to shop at. Reading through reviews it seems like this place is a mess, I will be contacting head office and any higher ups to get to the bottom of this.
I was at the Calgary Ne location today to buy a stroller, The staff Kelly Morgan, She is so friendly and she helped me to decide which stroller is good for baby. She explain me everything briefly and showing me how it works, which helps me a lot in making decision. I have great experience with her, she is so kind and ready for help. She made my day. 100% recommend her.
